OTDR Launch Cable is mainly used to make up the blind area of OTDR test. Standard boxes along with custom configurations for OTDR applications.
- If you do fiber optic work and use an OTDR to do testing this is a must have to eliminate the blind spot contained within the majority of OTDR's.
- SC/UPC-LC/UPC connectors. Uses Cerramic Ferrule with a concentricity of 0.3µm and a precision grinding method. The loss of each connector is controlled within 0.2dB. There is no need to grind the fiber end face yourself, just clean it well.
- The attenuation rate of fiber optic cable is less than 0.35dB/KM, the length of fiber optic cable of this OTDR launch cable box is 1000 meters, the loss is about 0.35dB. There are no any fusion joints in the middle of the optical fiber cable, and no other losses are incurred.
- Please keep the end face of the fiber clean and use a coupler with good precision to connect the measured fiber optic cable. To reduce the link loss and ensure the accuracy of the test results.
